JC HALLIDAY & SONS – Covid – 19 Procedures

As we are now open for Service and Sales, we will be adapting to how we work, there will be the same friendly customer service, with additional safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our customers and staff.

2 metre distance
We are adhering to the 2m Social Distancing guidelines with directional distance floor markers in walkways and customer consultation areas.

Appointments
We anticipate our showrooms to be busy so an appointment is preferable, this will also allow us to control social distancing and ensure customer safety.

PPE
There is hand sanitiser provided throughout our dealership and our staff have Personal Protective Equipment, including gloves and masks to help keep our customers safe. Many areas of our Dealership are also fitted with protective screens. Following Government guidelines all customers are now required to wear a Face Mask whilst in our showrooms. Face Masks can be provided should you happen to forget your own.

Virtual Services
We are offering online video presentation of the vehicles which can be emailed to the customer.

Test Drives
The vehicle will be fully sanitised, and we are also offering unaccompanied test drives.

Servicing
We follow an extensive checklist to ensure your vehicle is properly sanitised. The main interior and exterior contact points of your vehicle will be sanitised upon receiving it into the workshop and before handover. The technician will also be changing gloves, car interior packs and upholstery covers for each vehicle.

Is it possible to wait on site while my car is being serviced?
We can accommodate those wishing to wait on repairs, subject to an appointment. We would suggest if it is a lengthy service or repair to make alternative arrangements.

Are customer restrooms open?
Yes, with enhanced sanitation and cleaning regime of all facilities.

Can I still part exchange my existing car?
Yes absolutely. If you would prefer an indicative valuation remotely our sales team will be happy to assist.

Can I have my Car delivered to me?
Yes, we can certainly arrange that, although there may be a charge depending on the distance.
